Sono guida turistica abilitata per Ferrara e provincia dal 1979.
Nello stesso periodo ho iniziato anche la mia attività principale, che è quella di scultrice. Per passione, poi, scrivo talvolta per quotidiani e magazines locali, esplorando vicende e personaggi legati a Ferrara e alla sua storia.
Vorrei farvi amare la mia bellissima città, accompagnandovi in percorsi tra le sue strade, le sue piazze, i suoi angoli segreti.
La visita si può svolgere sia in una mezza giornata, per un primo approccio, sia una giornata intera, per acquisire una conoscenza più approfondita, che preveda anche l’ingresso in alcuni musei.
Se viaggiate in pullman, posso raggiungervi a bordo per mostrarvi la rinascimentale "Addizione erculea", con le sue larghe strade, disegnate secondo un progetto urbanistico che fece di Ferrara la prima città moderna d'Europa e potremo ammirare la lunga e magnifica cinta muraria, che ancora oggi racchiude la città.
Ci fermeremo a scoprire la bellezza assoluta e visionaria del Palazzo dei Diamanti e del suo quadrivio, prima di dirigerci verso la grande, bella Piazza Ariostea, luogo in cui si svolgono nel mese di maggio le gare dell’antico Palio degli Estensi.
Infine ci avvicineremo al centro storico, quindi scenderemo dal pullman e conosceremo a piedi il cuore più antico della città. Partendo dal possente e fiabesco Castello Estense, arriveremo alla piazza medievale, con la sua meravigliosa Cattedrale, per poi perderci nelle strade più antiche e misteriose e nel malinconico ghetto ebraico.
I magnifici palazzi, le antiche residenze delle principesse estensi, le chiese e i monasteri hanno splendidi interni da scoprire, con le loro magiche storie e i loro affreschi, preziose testimonianze di un'epoca ricca di fermenti e fascino.
Ferrara, la "città incantesimo", vi aspetta!

I am an artist working mainly with sculpture, and I ofter write for local newspapers and magazines exploring stories related to Ferrara and its history.
I have been a licensed tour guide in the Ferrara area since 1979.
I'm really passionate about my beautiful city and I would like to make you fall in love with it, accompanying you on journeys through its streets, its squares, its secret corners.
The visit can last either a half-day, for a first encounter with the city, or a full-day, for gaining a more in-depth knowledge of the place by also visiting some museums. The visit can take place either walking or by bike in the historic center. Or, if you are travelling on a bus, I can join you on board to guide you from the "Addizione erculea", which made Ferrara the first modern city in Europe, all the way to its medieval center.
From the bus, you will be able to admire the long, magnificent Renaissance city walls, which still enclose and defend large and mysterious gardens today. Afterwards, we will move towards the center of the city, stopping to discover the absolute and visionary beauty of the Palazzo dei Diamanti, before heading to the large and beautiful Piazza Ariostea, site for the Estense Palio, usually taking place in May.
At this point, we will leave the bus and enter the pedestrian historic center, where we will appreciate the heart of the ancient city by foot. Starting from the mighty and fairytale-like Estense Castle, we will arrive at the medieval square, with its marvellous Cathedral, and then get lost in the oldest and most mysterious streets and in the melancholy of the Jewish ghetto.
The magnificent palaces, the ancient residencies of the Este princesses, the churches and monasteries have beautiful interiors to discover, with their magical stories and frescoes, precious testimonies of an era full of ferment and charm.
Ferrara, the "enchantment city", is waiting for you!
